This weekend is the Mother Load Highlend Games

The Mother Load Highlands Highland Games is a relatively now Games. It is held in Plymouthe, CA in The Sirea foothils. The gates open at 9AM both days. It should be a good event. I plan to be there both days.

This is their 3rd year and they had a good turnout. The clan tents were under cover in a couple of barns with open sides right by the gates. They had 9 pipe bands! Also a good food area, dancing, a harp area, vendors, etc.

I was only there on Saturday and it was a lot of fun. No Lamont tent, but there is someone interested in doing a tent so possibly we will have a tent at some games.

Wonderful pictures Michael. It appears that the weather was good. Yes we hope to find a tent host. Any Lamonts out there? Hosting is always fun. We can help!

One of the cool things was that the Clan tents were under cover in open sided barns. It was a good venu. This was their 3rd year.

I have one venue that is inside of a building and as it is in early march it is pretty comfy in there
