Forget the falling ball and get a haggis and some malt for the new year. The haggis is in the freezer and the malt is waiting with peated breath. If you need a haggis, contact http://oatmealsavage.com right away to get one brfore next Thursday. Charles Lamb is Lamont and provides good haggis via FedEX within a couple of days. Various sizes are available. There are many uses for haggis other that Hogmany and Burns Night: think haggis omlet, haggis and eggs, haggis pizza, etc. This is the 3 pound one that we are having this year for Hogmanay:IMG_0045A.jpg

You have found our source. We have used him for our Burns Dinner for many years. He is quite the talker if you meet him. Seriously make sure the door is behind you. Anyone out there that enjoys a good Haggis should try his.

Last night was haggis, Risotto Milanese Style with Saffron and Glenmornagie. This morning we had scrambled eggs with haggis and mushrooms and Applewood smoked, peppered bacon along with mimosas. Tomorrow we will find new uses for haggis.
