Hello all! I am looking to trace my Turner name and it has lead me here. Any information anyone has and can provide would be helpful! My Father is Paul D Turner born April 3 1947 in Arkansas and his Father was William Chester Turner, I don't know his origin or DOB.

Welcome to Clan Lamont. Sorry it posted so late to our site. Do you attend any gatherings in California? I would be glad to help you dig into more heritage. We have lots of Turners as they are a sept of Clan Lamont. Tom

Hi David my grandmother Willadell Turner b.1903 M. Albert Patrick b. 1895. I have a William Turner b. 1839 in my tree but he is the last one.

Dennis. Do you attend gatherings in Monterey, Pleasanton, or Woodland? I don't remember meeting you at our Lamont tents there.

I go to the Monterey games, sometime I go to the Pleasanton games.

I stop at the Lamont tent in Monterey last summer the tent was run by the Brown family my Son went to school with Lindsey Brown. Last time I went to the Pleasanton games I stop by the Lamont tent late and it was already close.

Gentlemen, thank you for replying to this post. I live in San Jose but grew up in Fremont. My Father is originally from Oklahoma I believe. I would need to go back and look at notes to get any further. Any other info you have is greatly appreciated!

To all. Dan Lamont will host the tent at Pleasanton and I know the Browns work hard to cover Monterrey. I will be working as a vendor (R P Blanford and son) so please look me up there. Now to heritage. Get me some info on relatives and I can start digging in Ancestry.com to fill in blanks for you.
