Greetings! My name is Mark, finally took the plunge and joined the clan. I don't have the cool Scot last name like most of you, but will embrace the clan just the same :) The link comes from my mother's side, specifically my great-great Grandfather whose last name was Clucas. I found on the 1900 US census that he list both of his parents were born in Scotland...and there you go lol. Anyway, it doesn't look like we have the largest or most popular clan(damn Campbells) as I have yet to see a booth for the Lamont's at our local Highland games. Maybe we can change that? Well looking forward to all the glitz and glamour of being in Clan Lamont!!

Mark's application is on the way to me and I'll be very happy to welcome him. Another Floridian living near Orlando. Maybe we need to have an AGM at Disney World, go over to Epcot and invade Canada and listen to Off Kilter??

Welcome to Clan Lamont. Remember that it is Lamont (as in dammit!) not some french name. Where are you located some we can get you to a tent? Kilts are cool especially Lamont.

Thank you Frank!Disney isn't all that it's cracked up to be, but Epcot does have beer from around the world lol. Hello Tom! I am in central Florida. We have our local games coming up next weekend, and it doesn't look like our clan is part of the society(Scottish American Society of Central Florida) that host the games. Maybe we can change that...I would be more then willing to help if I can. Thanks for the warm welcome fellas!

Mark. Enjoy the shirts. By the way we used to spend our summers on the beach at Passagrille Island??? outside of St. Pete. Sure miss grouper and soft shell crab. I recognize the Landshark from here.
