Exploring Scotland’s legends, this edition of the documentary series presents some of the most intriguing tales from the Highlands, Central Lowlands and the Borders, Including King James IV and the ghost of Flodden Field, Rob Roy and William Wallace.  Among the other captivating stories passed down through generations is that of Robert the Bruce and the legend of the spider, a staple of the Scottish lore.

Clans of Scotland: Disk One, this series is hosted by Paul Murton

Very informative, it covers the clans of MacGregor, MacDonald, MacLeod, and Cambell.  It may not be real informative but it is a great overview.

Clans of Scotland Disk Two

This one covers the clans of Fraser from where they came from Normandy and once again went back to Normandy in WWII, MacKenzie clan from Warlords to Landlords, Armstrong’s and their border raiding and Clan Cameron the Loyal Rebels.

Clans of Scotland Disk Three

Disk three covers the Douglas Clan and the Bloody Heart, Maclean and their swards for hire, Sturats and the kings, then there is the Grants and the slave trade.
