I am working on a bottle of 14 year old Clynelish single malt. It is produced by the Clynelish Distillery in Brona, Sutherland, Scotland on the North-East coast. The distillery dates to 1819 and its water source is the Clynemilton Burn. The water is captured at the foot of several falls down the rocky gorge and piped to the distillery.
It has a light taste with a bit of smoke. All in all a good dram.
