The plaque traveled well and is resting up for the All Hallows Fantasy Faire at the end of October. While waiting it is striking up an aquaintance with our singlemalt collection and had a long chat with the large redwood in our front yard. It has not yet decided what costume it will wear to the faire but there is still plenty of time. The plaque is looking forward to meeting new friends, especially Bradley the Ent.
I am beginning to worry about the plaque's liking of grain beverages a tad to much, I notice this last visit to me. I though at first I was having an evaportaion problem or the angels were coming to get more of their share at night. Then I noticed the plaque was sort of glazed over or shalaqued look on his face every day.
I suggest we have an intervention some day to show the plaque how gentlemen sip not guzzle these products

Hmm. Well, that's probably a good idea. Wouldn't want the plaque giving us a bad image, though I prefer to think of my drinking of adult grain-based beverages as drinking deeply rather than guzzling.

No it wasn't scared. It was too well fortified with 14 year old Balvenie Caribbean Cask single malt. Between the plaque, the raven and the hotel bear we had to fight to get some for ourselves!
