Little black dress with pearls hunter

Been a while.  Just finished up a co-worker's commission and while it didn't turn out as well as I had hoped it still is a decent knife, meaning it should at least cut things.

The idea started when the co-worker wanted a ebony handled hunter to go with a matching call he would make.  When I asked him how did he what it to look he stated he wanted something simple but elegant, "a little black dress with pearls."  So I put the black and metal spacers to act as the accent or the pearls in this.

The blade is one of my GP Hunters made out of ATS-34, stabilized ebony handle with 416 dovetailed bolsters and pin stock.  It will be headed off to Sandy sometime this week.

Here's the finished piece with the sheath -

The sheath is simulated snake and sting ray.  Again the sheath maker kind of made a bit of a mistake but like I said he's 87 -
