Tomorrow evening Herself and I are going to try a new bar/restaurant up the hill from us. It is rumored that they have single malt as old as 60 years on the back bar. And worst case, it's all downhill to home! Report to follow...

Well, the place is first class! The food is fantastic and so is the Scotch. In the interest of not going bankrupt we kept it to the 18 year old stuff. Except for a couple of rounds that the owner bought for us. We are going to have to plan a Campbell roast there this summer.

We have been fattening one up for awhile now. Should be just about ready for a barbque. biggrin
