With you folks help I got the first set of successful sample ready for testing. I got the Corona with lime and Black & Tans.
A little sample:
The ingredients all lined up
First part of the centers mixed
Next day after the center firms up (normally I don't use confectionary coating but for the test samples it's good enough)
First part of the black & tan
The second part of it
Here's the "tan" layer of Bass infused white chocolate
And the "black" layer of Guinness infused bitter sweet chocolate
The final product (with the Corona and lime)
They sort of remind me of dalmatian cookies.
Now I'm off to find guinea pigs for these plus the green tea and the red wine (syrah) truffles.
