That photo of me in the snow was taken last April; we were in the bright star wilderness area at 7,000 Feet in elevation.

Sorry to say that the guys in Metallica were most likely in grade school when I was jammin to CCR, Cream, Airplane and Black Sabbath.

Even though I do not ride, I am an admirer of Harley's. I still hope to some day own one but until then I just dream of them.
Had a good neighbor that ran a Honda "Thumper" 350 used it for traveling to work during the week and rode dirt on weekends. What type of Bike are you running?

Richard, I have 3 bikes, my street bike is a Honda VTX1800R that I ride to work almost ever day 125 miles round trip. I have 2 dirt bikes, a Honda XR650R that is my favorite dirt bike in the desert and a Honda XR400R my back up bike.

Nice list of bikes, is that 1800 honda's 6 cylinder? I heard that it is a smooth runner but to quiet for me wink The other two I know they have the spunk to handle what ever is given to them.

Truth be told...My first love for cycles was the 1972 Honda 350, it wasn't until my tour to Thailand that I started to have a love for Harley's

Richard, The VTX1800R is an 1800cc big V Twin like the Harley. My first bike was a Honda 150 Dream That I got in 1971, I paid $75 for it.

Mistake from my last post...it was a Honda 750 must be that old age thing confuse

I had heard that Hopnda and other Japenise bikes were following the style of Harley.
For me I think I will stay looking for the 80 cubic inch Harley V-twin, 1800cc's just seem to much for thease "Old Bones" to handle

They did try to do some Mickey bombs but they didn’t work right and one exploded, my son had some fireworks that we set off.

I did crash one time but I did not get hurt. We had one new guy that broke his arm will bad. He was trying to keep up with the fast guy and driving above his ability. In the photos we were waiting for one of the guy to bring back a truck to load his bike up and take it back to camp.
