A lot of people have been looking for this book without success. I have found copies available on CD from Australia for @ $40. The company is Gould Genealogy & History at https://www.gould.com.au/

I have also talked with Scotpress about reprinting it.

I think Unicorn Press had a digital copy but they no longer list it, might want to give them a call and ask??
