No, not yet this is my great grandmas reciepe for shortbread 1 pound room tempeture salted butter 4 cup all purpose flour 1 cup superfine sugar
Method 1. Place butter on a pastry board or marble slab. 2. Sift flour and sugar over butter. 3. Kneed toghther until forms a ball. 4. Place dough in true jelly roll pan 10 X 15 and spread evenly. 5. Dock with fork. 6. Bake at 325 degrees until light golden brown. 7. Cut while warm in desire shape.
