Precept by John Lamont of Inveryne, as superior, infefting Donald M'Sorle, as brother-german and nearest heir of the late Angus M'Sorle, in the lands of Monydrayn, Fernaeht, Achachois, and Drumtekermyk = 12 merkland of old extent. At Tollert. Witness : Lachlan Maclachlan of that Ilk. 22 June 1530.

this is just the process of passing on land when a laird dies. The chief records at Toward that Angus McSorley has died and his next livivng brother, Donald recieves the lands. It is witnessed by the chief of the McLachlans, our cousins
