Hi all,
Been slow around here so I thought I'd toss a evening meal up for you enjoyment -
There was a sale on cowboy (Texas speak for bone-in) ribeyesso I picked up one for dinner.
Here is it dry brining -
After and just a light sprinkle of some more salt for cooking -
And on the grill (got to love the Green Egg) -
Nicely seared up for dinner -
