New pouch Sporran and Heather Gem Pin

I just bought this new Sporran today and I love it. It's way better than my crappy Chinese Sporran that is fit only to loan to my brother when he forgets to bring it with him to Arlington.

It's lighter, doesn't slap around when I walk or rap the tassels on the front making a pack mule sound. Love it! Just thought I'd share.

Also attached is a Kilt pin I bought at the HeatherGems factory in Pitlochry, Scotland. It was a limited run closeout sold only in their store so I feel like I have something very unique. At least here in North America.

Check them out online: http://www.heathergems.com/

Matt was the one that wore the chinese sporran. I have my handmade in Scotland Celtic knotwork one!

Ah, that's too bad. I hoping for a better reaction. I know you spare no expense in your accessories.

Very nice, I like both the kilt pin and the sporran.  BTW, what is wrong with the Rat a Tat Tat or the slap/slpa/slap of the tassels, I kind of like the sound, It kind of adds to the mystique surrounding the kilt.

I suppose it's all up to the person I guess. Maybe I don't like drawing attention to myself. I'm not sure that matters once you put a kilt on anyway, right? biggrin

My Thorfinn has little silver balls at the ends of the tassles (go ahead, just try to make a joke here) and I also like the clidkety clack they make when I walk... (I gave you that one on a platter).  doh.gif
