I noticed that there are some issues of the Clan Lamont Journal for sale at http://www.abebooks.com/servlet/SearchResults?sts=t&tn=Clan+Lamont+Journal&x=67&y=12 . They are Vol. 4 No. 1 through No. 6 from July, 1913 to January, 1914, They make interesting reading. I have Vol. 1 No. 1 through Vol. 2 No. 24 covering October, 1912 through July, 1919.

They are quite interesting to read as they start in a world long gone in pre-WWI Scotland and chronicle the Clan doings and fortunes as the war starts and progresses. I am working on scanning and OCRing them to send to the newsletter editor as much of the history and information is very interesting. Things such as Anugs Lamont's (he was the Clan piper) letters from a German POW camp.

Are these still for sale? If so. I might just grab them for my library (that is if they aren't roo expensive).
