I wonder what it would cost to have a new mold made? if we could get enough pre=paid orders to pay for the mold, maybe it would be nice to have in the shop again. We could invite the other Lamont societies to join in (Canadian, Austrailian, and Scotland).

This Crab Apple Badge was originated and still the property of the Clan Lamont Society of Scotland. Even though it is no longer available for resale, all rights to it still belong to the Clan Society of Scotland. It was only offered to the Clan Society of NA as an item to sell in our store.

There is available a new Crab Apple Badge in our store that was designed by our Clan Lamont in the early part of 2000 that is for sale to interested persons.

As other items are part of our past Clan Lamont history, this original pewter design deserves this honor also.

I'd like to make a suggestion that we sit down with Mary Lamb while in Scotland and discuss this item. I have a few other things I'd like to discuss with her as well. Since CLS own's it and have never reproduced it maybe it was a terrible seller or something.

I have the new badge sold by the Scot Shoppe, it is silver and is a very good buy. I am very happy with mine.

I am glad you like the new silver badge, you are the first that I know that had purchased one. I very much appreciate the group that worked thru the process to get this one made, back in the early 2000's for our clan.

I bet it looks great as a kilt pin?

I saw Jim's badge last year at Stone Mtn. and it it very nice! Yes, it looked quite dapper on his balmoral and it would probably look good as a kilt pin too.

I wore mine to Blairsville, it is well worth the money ( maybe even a wee-bit underpriced)
I attached mine to my hat ( seen in the Blairsville pics) and wore it proudly.
