Review: Celtic Croft Homespun Casual Kilt , Ancient Lamont Tartan
Permalink

I was excited to learn someone had this tartan at an affordable price ( $119 ) in a casual. I love tanks, but living in the south, and being I wear a kilt every day (except at work) I would like a lighter version of our colors.

 Time:
It took a while to get ( about 12 weeks ) , you can opt to pay a little more for speed.

Quality:
It is a wool blend, and unfortunately, feels like a SWK standard. The buckles ( 3 sets) are chintzy, waistline is blahhh, it is not really feeling worth 3 months and $119.

Celtic Croft Service:
A very pleasant store. The catalogs are cool and free, LOTS of stuff for a kiltie. The people are friendly and helpful

I guess bottomline is I got what I paid for and I just need to start saving my green backs to get a better casual from somewhere else.
