A Couple More Kilt Pins

I have been making pins for a couple of weeks now, I am always trying to come up with different designs,
The Trojan Horse, and The Nautilus:

SeaDragon:

A couple of knots:

They are fun and this carving gig keeps me out of trouble,
Thanks for looking.

really nice, I like the center one the best. How long does it take to do one like that?

I can put a point on a stick if I concentrate...

Nice job on the canes and the kilt pins. I would rather buy a handcrafted item any day than one of those mass produced "things"

All my scottish weapons (blades) are hand made, you notice I did not say toys.

My day sporran is handmade.

My kilt buckles are handmade.

My plaid broach is handmade.

I would much rather support a fellow Scotsman than, you know what I mean.

I do a little leather work, so my day kilt belt and evening were made by me.

AYE!

Really amazing skills you have.  I think I was in George's woodworking class.

Time depends on the wood. A harder piece ( like rosewood) takes a little more time than a softer ( mohagany ) wood.
I prefer to use hand tools ( knives and gouges ) but on the harder woods I use power ( Foredom SR and Dremel 440XPR)
Thanks for the kind words, I plan on making a couple more of the Sea Dragons in birdseye maple,....I just have to catch up on some orders.

EDIT:
I hadn't really caught up, I took a break and made these:

I think we should have an addition to the forum, maybe called "Show Us What You Made"? I like looking at others creations as well as displaying my own. I think doing something like this spurs creativity and hopefully makes one say " Hey! I can do that!!"

 Any Thoughts?
