I reveived the CD yesterday from Australia. Interestingly, it is labeled as from ScotPress aka Unicorn. It is quite well done and seems to be a very clean copy of the original.

See my previous post for a link to Gould. I do not believe that we can reproduce it as it was produced by Scotpress and coprrited in 2000. This is the same as Unicorn. They have a lot of other stuff also.

It is a pdf file. It is not searchable, but I copied it into a Word document that is searchable. I am looking into what needs to be done to get a searchable pdf.
