In a shaker half full of ice pour  3oz. of light rum (you can also use dark), 1oz of Drambue and Herseys Special Dark chocolate to taste. Shake well and pour into a large martini glass and drop in a maraschino cherry. 

A bit of Scotland, a bit of Bermuda and a bit of sweetness.

Michael. I see you have the best of Bonnie Prince Charlie combined with a product made by some Lamonts in the islands south of the "Colonies". I have found many who operated plantations in the islands so we can be assured that they had their fingers in the mix.
