Hello my fellow Scots!

I just wanted to introduce myself... my name is Bradley Ottman (Turner)- the Turner is from my mother's paternal side.

Basically, it was thanks to a recent DNA test that I discovered my Scottish ancestry; you can read my profile biography, where I explained the whole mess.  confuse

I am very proud of my newly found Scottish heritage, and it explains a lot; I have always been fascinated with Scottish history, culture and the beautiful lands of Scotland, makes you wonder what sorts of information is stored within our genes.

I am looking forward to learning more about my Scottish ancestry and my heritage with Clan Lamont.

No, 23andme.  They offer medical related information as well, so it was nice to get both ancestry and medical results.  Seems, according to my genetics, I should be quite healthy.  smile

Of course you would be healthy. That's why we scots seem to persevere in spite of bad neighbors. Welcome (back) to the Lamonts. Please consider joining the society and taking part in any and all gatherings and doings in the area.

Bradley. There are many Lamonts with Campbell DNA. They did have a habit of marrying or "otherwise" mating up with local scots. Need I say more.
