Evening all,

Did up a little dinner for tonight (have to justify the toys ;D) for Amy.

Started out with a lobster tail in a simple sugar/salt brine -

A a ribeye cut in half for the two of us.  Doing a dry brine for the steak -

To go with it a beer bread using a double chocolate stout (got have chocolate, it is Valentines Day after all).  The recipe on the side is in a menu holder I get from restaurant supply store.  Cheap and keeps the paper clean.  As you can see the pan is old and well used -

Steaks and lobster rinsed off, lubed up and ready for the grill -

Dinner is served -

Jim

Thanks Drac.  Sue looked at the pictures and went hmm,hmm and just walked away.  I don't see what the problem is, after all, I got the upsized frosty for her.
