Future deadline and publication dates

Since we finally have this "thing" under control, Grace and I have set the following standard dates for deadlines of article submission and publication.

We will publish The Wee Harp quarterly, in Feb, May, Aug and Nov. Our deadline is the 21st of each of those months, with publication the 25th.  For those who are date watchers, today is our publication day. I fact must be verified and then we be publishing right away.

Thanks for all the material given. We have a 2nd edition with 14 pages ... what a difference a couple of years make in the support and commitment to this publication.
